Apply fixThe part nobody explains
You applied.
Then nothing happened.
No rejection email. No feedback. Nothing you can act on.
Here's what happened in between: most employers run CVs through screening software first. It compares yours to the job ad and ranks you against everyone else who applied.
Rank low and the file is never opened. There's no email for that part.
Sound familiar?
What actually happened
A machine gave you a score.
You never got to see it.
That ranking is a percentage. It comes from how much of the job ad's language appears in your CV — not from how well you'd do the work. Two people with identical experience can score forty points apart because one of them happened to use the employer's words.
YOUR MATCH SCORE
Under the threshold most employers filter at. Never opened by a person.
REQUIREMENTS MISSED
Five of them things this person had already done, described another way.
OF THAT IN THE REJECTION
Which is why people repeat the same mistake for months.
What we do about it
Your experience, in the words
they're scanning for.
Nothing invented. We take a line you already wrote, rewrite it in the employer's language, and show you the score move before you send it. You approve every change.
“Addressed customers courteously using suitable methods and problem-solving skills.”
True, but invisible. None of the words this job screens for are actually on the page.
“Provided face-to-face customer support, resolving order and account issues with empathy and calm, professional communication.”
Same job. Same person. Same truth — now readable by the thing that decides whether a human ever sees it.
A real rewrite. Yours comes from your own CV.
Where we stop
Some jobs aren't
worth applying for.
Not every gap is wording. If a job needs something you've genuinely never done, no rewrite fixes that — and writing it in anyway just moves the rejection to the interview.
So we separate the two, and tell you which is which.
Sometimes that means telling you to skip a job and spend the afternoon on one you'd actually get.

Don't claim emergency call experience. Mention transferable call-handling and willingness to train.
No formal exposure. Research it before interview and reference it as a framework you're ready to apply.

The core idea
You wrote a CV. The ATS reads a list of words.
The ATS throws away your layout and keeps only the keywords. The green words below are what it pulled out of your CV — the red ones are what this job wanted but couldn't find. That gap is why you get filtered out.

FAQ
The questions everyone asks
What even is an ATS?
An Applicant Tracking System — the software that reads your CV before a human does. Around three in four large employers use one. It scans for the skills and keywords in the job ad and ranks applicants; low matches are often never read by a human.
Is this cheating?
Not at all. Recruiters expect you to tailor your CV to each job — you're just making sure the ATS can actually see the skills you already have, using the exact words it's scanning for. You get read. That's the whole game.
What files can I upload?
PDF or DOCX, up to 5 MB. Export a text-based file (not a scan or screenshot) so both the ATS and our scanner can read it.
Does a low score mean I'll be rejected?
Your score shows how closely your CV matches this exact job. The higher it climbs, the more likely you are to get past the filter and land in front of a real person — which is the hard part.
What happens to my CV data?
It's yours. It's used only to build your reports, and it's gone the moment you delete your account. See our privacy policy for the details.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
