After an interview: "Thanks again for the conversation on [day]. It reinforced my interest in [role] — especially [something specific discussed]. Please let me know if there's anything else useful from my side."
Keep it short, specific and low-pressure. You're making it easy to say yes, not demanding an answer. One tailored sentence about the role beats three paragraphs of enthusiasm.
